Why My Training Sticks
I’ve spent my career at the sharp end of ELT. As a Delta-qualified Academic Manager, CELTA trainer and a regular conference speaker, I’ve mentored hundreds of teachers across various contexts.
Beyond the classroom, I run AlexWallsELT, a resource hub and YouTube channel. This keeps me grounded in the real-world challenges that students and teachers face every single day. I don’t offer “ivory tower” advice—I offer solutions that work in the real world.
